No Lavrentiev gap for some double phase integrals

open access: yes
We prove the absence of the Lavrentiev gap for non-autonomous functionals F(u) := integral(Omega) f(x, Du(x)) dx,where the density f(x, z) is alpha-Holder continuous with respect to x; x is an element of Omega subset of R^n; f satisfies the (p, q)-growth

Collapsing scenarios of K-essence generalized Vaidya spacetime under $f(\bar{R},\bar{T})$ gravity [PDF]

open access: yes
The paper investigates the collapse of the generalized emergent Vaidya spacetime in the setting of $f(\bar{R}, \bar{T})$ gravity, specifically in K-essence theory. In this study, the Dirac-Born-Infeld type non-standard Lagrangian is used to calculate the

Tumour‐proximal deep serum proteomics identifies biomarkers associated with ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
New biomarkers are needed for early ovarian cancer detection. Ovarian (tumour‐proximal) and peripheral vein serum from healthy women and patients with benign or malignant tumours underwent nanoparticle‐enriched deep proteomics. Ovarian serum yielded more protein identifications and revealed tumour‐reflective signatures.

Attitudes of cancer patients toward ctDNA‐based liquid biopsy for follow‐up

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This mixed‐methods study explored cancer patients' experiences, knowledge, and preferences regarding ctDNA‐based liquid biopsy for follow‐up. Awareness of ctDNA was low and recall of previous liquid biopsy was imperfect, yet acceptance was high.

Automated FRAP microscopy for high‐throughput analysis of protein dynamics in chromatin organization and transcription

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
RoboMic is an automated confocal microscopy pipeline for high‐throughput functional imaging in living cells. Demonstrated with fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP), it integrates AI‐driven nuclear segmentation, ROI selection, bleaching, and analysis.
