SIFT with the F-transform Pre-processing
2017This paper analyzes the efficiency of the Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) measured in terms of execution time and stability of detection for keypoint location. Our goal is to investigate the influence of various downscaling methods which pre-process images before the SIFT is executed.

Image Reconstruction with Usage of the F-Transform
2013The article is focused on image reconstruction with usage of the F-transform. The results will be demonstrated on the picture of the Lena damaged by three kinds of the masks. We will compare reconstructed images based on the 2D F-transform with reconstructed images based on Gaussian radial basis function.

Generalized residuated lattices based \(F\)-transform
2018Summary: The aim of the present work is to study the \(F\)-transform over a generalized residuated lattice. We discuss the properties that are common with the \(F\)-transform over a residuated lattice. We show that the \(F^{\uparrow}\)-transform can be used in establishing a fuzzy (pre)order on the set of fuzzy sets.

We discuss the way of generation and simulation of an artificial network traffic data. We propose an efficient algorithm for data classification that is based on the F-transform technique.

The use of F-transform for image fusion algorithms
2010 International Conference of Soft Computing and Pattern Recognition, 2010We show that on the basis of F-transform, the problem of reconstruction of corrupted images can be solved. The proposed technique is called image fusion. A simple linear algorithm of image fusion, based on F-transform, is proposed and justified. A measure of degradation of an image is proposed as well.

F-transform and Dimensionality Reduction: Common and Different
2019This contribution is focused on the connection between two theories: dimensionality reduction and the F-transform. We show how the graph Laplacian can be extracted from a fuzzy partition and how the Laplacian eigenmaps can be associated with the F-transform components in their functional forms.

Time series analysis by discrete F-transform
International Conference on Fuzzy Systems, 2010The aim of this contribution is to show that the theory of F-transform can be successfully used in analysis and forecasting of time series. We propose relaxed constraints on a fuzzy partition as well as a matrix form of the F-transform for fast computation.
