Deep Learning for AD Risk Screening and Progression Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A pretrained MRI‐based deep learning model generalizes from Western cohorts to an independent Chinese cohort, detects Alzheimer's disease with high sensitivity, and identifies elevated AD risk years before diagnosis. Its risk scores align with cognition and plasma biomarkers, and individualized brain risk maps uncover clinically distinct subtypes ...

Dynamic Supercooled Crystal–Gels for Ultrafast, Reversible Mechanical Adaptative Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dynamic supercooled crystal–gel mimics starfish tissue by storing non‐equilibrium energy in a metastable liquid. A gentle touch triggers templated crystallization, producing a 2596‐fold stiffness increase with negligible volume change. The lattice disintegrates reversibly under humidity or warmth.

Amyloid‐Guided Assembly of Magnetically Recyclable Enzymatic Nanofibers Toward Sustainable Biocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A hierarchical strategy integrates linker engineering, amyloid‐guided self‐assembly, and magnetic immobilization to construct recyclable DPAO4‐DMAO7 enzymatic nanofibers. The resulting magnetic composites enable biogenic amine conversion in complex food matrices and simulated wastewater, while rapid magnetic separation supports repeated reuse. The work

Electrocatalytic Urea Synthesis From CO2 and N2/NO3−: Bridging Catalyst Activity, C–N Coupling Kinetics, and Industrial Applicability

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review compares NO3− + CO2 and N2 + CO2 electrocatalytic urea synthesis in feedstock properties, catalyst design, C–N coupling mechanisms, performance optimization, and engineering applicability. The two systems correspond to a near‐term deployable route and a long‐term green synthesis goal, respectively.

Early‐Life Polyethylene Microplastic Exposure Exacerbates ADHD‐Like Behaviors in Mice via PI3K/AKT1/Nrf2 Signaling: Evidence From the Pilot Cohort and Multi‐Omics Analyses

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Circulating polyethylene microplastic burden is positively associated with heightened ADHD symptom severity and systemic redox‐inflammatory imbalance in children. Mechanistic investigation in a developmental co‐exposure mouse model further demonstrates that microplastics aggravate ADHD‐like behaviors, dopaminergic dysregulation, and oxidative ...
