Two major crotamine isoforms (F22 and F32) were obtained after three chromatographic steps and were assayed in mouse phrenic nerve-diaphragm preparations. F32 and F22 (0.5 microg/ml, n=4) produced a facilitatory effect, which increased isometric twitch-tension by 300 and 230%, respectively, after a 120 min incubation.

F22. Duration of burst suppression in status epilepticus: A retrospective analysis
Clinical Neurophysiology, 2018Introduction Pharmacologically induced burst suppression (BS) is used in the management of status epilepticus (SE), however prolonged duration of BS is associated with adverse outcomes. The optimal period of burst suppression is not known. We investigated the mean duration of BS in SE and differences between those suppressed for less than 48 h vs ...

A Construction for the Smallest Fischer Group F22
1973Publisher Summary The Fischer groups F 22 , F 23 , F 24 are closely related to the corresponding Mathieu groups, and it is natural to attempt constructions in terms of these. This chapter presents that certain difficulties with F 23 and F 24 do not arise for the smallest group F 22 .

On a Generalization of Kummer’s Second-Type F11 and F22
2021The aim of this paper is to establish a general form of Kummer’s second-type summation theory. By defining a new form for the divided of the Pochhammer symbol d+in/dn, we can develop a general form of Kummer’s second-type summation theorem as e−x/2F22a,i+d; xb+l,d; in the form of a sum of e−x/2F11a; xb+i; for i,l=0,1,2,…, Then, some properties ...
