Mobile phones, the internet, and emigration to OECD countries
We examine to what extent mobile phones and the internet drive emigration to OECD countries. Using a panel of countries from 1990 to 2010 (when these technologies became more prevalent), we regress the stock of immigrants in OECD countries from source ...

Prioritized Multi‐Step Decision‐Making Gray Wolf Optimization Algorithm for Engineering Applications
This study introduces the Prioritized Multi‐Step Grey Wolf Optimization (PMS‐GWO) algorithm, enhancing exploration–exploitation balance and adaptability in complex optimization problems. By integrating dynamic role reassignment and prey‐movement strategies, PMS‐GWO outperforms conventional algorithms, demonstrating superior efficiency in benchmark ...

Local Isometric immersions of pseudo-spherical surfaces and evolution equations
The class of differential equations describing pseudo-spherical surfaces, first introduced by Chern and Tenenblat [3], is characterized by the property that to each solution of a differential equation, within the class, there corresponds a 2-dimensional ...

Exploring the physical properties of the $γ$ Dor binary star RX Dra with photometry and asteroseismology [PDF]
We model the TESS light curve of the binary system RX Dra, and also first calculate a lot of theoretical models to fit the g-mode frequencies previously detected from the TESS series of this system. The mass ratio is determined to be $q$=0.9026$^{+0.0032}_{-0.0032}$.

ABSTRACT In this study, an investigation was conducted into the nature of the attitudes of the general student body (comprising all students) toward gifted students and gifted education, along with the predictors of such attitudes. For this purpose, survey data were collected from 400 secondary students enrolled in a faith‐based school system in ...

Can hyperbolic phase of Brans-Dicke field account for Dark Matter?
We show that the introduction of a hyperbolic phase for Brans-Dicke (BD) field results in a flat vacuum cosmological solution of Hubble parameter H and fractional rate of change of BD scalar field, F which asymptotically approach constant values. At late
