We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Similarity index for intuitive assessment of three-dimensional facial asymmetry
Evaluation of facial asymmetry generally involves landmark-based analyses that cannot intuitively assess differences in three-dimensional (3D) stereoscopic structures between deviation and non-deviation sides.

Quantifying Perceived Facial Asymmetry to Enhance Physician–Patient Communications
In cosmetic surgery, bridging the anticipation gap between the patients and the physicians can be challenging if there lacks objective and transparent information exchange during the decision-making and surgical process.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

The effect of smiling on facial asymmetry in adults: a 3D evaluation
Mild resting facial asymmetry exists in clinically symmetrical faces, but the effect of smiling on the magnitude of overall facial asymmetry in adults has not been assessed.
