Delphi consensus: First‐line use of biologics and small molecules in hidradenitis suppurativa

This Delphi Consensus study identified upgrade criteria for the use of biologics and small molecules as first‐line therapy in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). European HS experts evaluated 16 clinical scenarios, voting on eligibility for therapy escalation.

Practical recommendations for seborrheic dermatitis management: An expert consensus

This modified Delphi study established expert consensus on Seborrheic Dermatitis management. Key findings prioritize combined topical antifungal and anti‐inflammatory therapy for both acute flares and long‐term maintenance. The consensus also provides a clear framework for escalating to systemic treatment in extensive or refractory cases.

NEMO‐NDAS: Case Report and Review of the Literature

ABSTRACT NEMO‐deleted exon 5 autoinflammatory syndrome (NEMO‐NDAS) is the result of a gain‐of‐function IKBKG pathogenic variant leading to dysregulated NF‐κB signaling and systemic inflammation. We present a case of NEMO‐NDAS in a 2‐year‐old female presenting with recurrent fevers, subcutaneous nodules, lymphadenopathy, and splenomegaly.

Treatment of Reactive Histiocytosis With Oclacitinib: A Retrospective Case Series of 10 Dogs

Background: Canine reactive histiocytosis is a proliferative disorder of activated interstitial dendritic cells with cutaneous and systemic forms. An immune‐mediated aetiology is likely, and systemic immunomodulatory agents such as corticosteroids, tetracycline/niacinamide, ciclosporin, azathioprine and leflunomide have been employed for its management.
