Pengembangan Model Capacitated Maximal Covering Location Problem (CMCLP) Dalam Penentuan Lokasi Pendirian Gudang

open access: yesJurnal Teknik Industri, 2018
A strategic location is a place for facility location that built and is able to give maximum advantages for the company. The problem of deciding location is important in optimization area.

Handbook of Establishing and Maintaining Oxygen‐Free Atmospheres

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents a practical framework for creating oxygen‐free atmospheres at ambient pressure using silane‐doped inert gases. The results show that ultra‐low oxygen levels and strongly reduced water content can be achieved through controlled silane dosing, drying systems, and sensor monitoring.

Air‐Pressure–Actuated Vibroacoustic Metamaterial With Tunable Bandgap: Design, Modeling, and Characterization

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents the design, modeling, and characterization of air‐pressure–actuated programmable vibroacoustic metamaterials (PVAMM). The study focuses on leveraging air pressure to dynamically tune resonance frequencies for effective noise attenuation.

On a branch-and-bound approach for a Huff-like Stackelberg location problem

open access: yes, 2009
Modelling the location decision of two competing firms that intend to build a new facility in a planar market can be done by a Huff-like Stackelberg location problem.

On the facility location problem: One-round weighted Voronoi game

open access: yesپژوهش‌های ریاضی, 2020
Paper pages (47-56) Introduction The Voronoi game is a simple geometric model for competitive facility location problem which is played by two players, White and Black, in a continuous space (one-dimensional or two-dimensional).

Combined Process‐ and Phase‐Field‐Simulation to Predict the Microstructure of Single‐Crystal Ni‐Based Superalloys

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A combined finite element and phase‐field approach predicts the evolution of microstructure during the directional solidification of Ni‐based superalloys. The model reveals how withdrawal rate, temperature gradient, and wall thickness control the dendrite spacing, highlighting the strong effect of surface regions in thin sections where dendrite growth ...

Heuristics for a continuous multi-facility location problem with demand regions

open access: yes, 2015
We propose mathematical programming formulations of the single and multiple facility versions of the problem considered. The single facility location problem is formulated as a second order cone programming (SOCP) problem, and hence is solvable in ...

Solving a Facility Location Problem by Three Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Research in Industrial Engineering, 2014
Selecting the most appropriate and optimal facility location for a new organization or expansion of an existing location is an important strategic issue.

Performance Analysis of Abradable Coating Systems for Aircraft Gas Turbines

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Three CoNiCrAlY/YSZ/MgAl2O4 abradable liner configurations on a nickel‐superalloy are evaluated by thermal‐gradient cycling and incursion tests. Laser ablation of the bondcoat and/or Y2O3‐stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) intermediate layer increases mechanical interlocking and bonding for thick topcoats.

The continuous p-centre problem: An investigation into variable neighbourhood search with memory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
A VNS-based heuristic using both a facility as well as a customer type neighbourhood structure is proposed to solve the p-centre problem in the continuous space.
