Factor Structure of the MCMI-III

Journal of Personality Assessment, 1998
The factor structure of the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (Millon, 1994; MCMI-III) was assessed among 444 African American inpatient substance abusers and constitutes the first factor analysis of the MCMI-III. We found 3 main factors: General Maladjustment, Paranoid Behavior/Thinking With Detached Emotionality, and Antisocial Acting Out.

The structure factor

2006
This chapter summarizes the mathematical development of the structure-factor formalism. It starts with the definition of the structure factor appropriate for X-ray and neutron scattering, and includes the derivation of the appropriate expressions. Beyond the isolated-atom case, the atom-centred spherical harmonic (multipole) model is treated in detail.

Structure of human factor VIII

Nature, 1984
The deduced amino acid sequence of human factor VIII, obtained from the DNA sequence, predicts a mature polypeptide of 2,332 amino acids containing a triplicated domain structure. The polypeptide has 35% sequence homology with the copper-binding plasma protein, ceruloplasmin.

Factor XIII: Structure and Function

Seminars in Thrombosis and Hemostasis, 2016
Over the last two decades, it became evident that factor XIII (FXIII) is not only a crucial determinant of clot characteristics but also has potentially important functions in many various fields such as bone biology, immunity, and adipogenesis. In this review, we aim to summarize the latest findings regarding structure and function of FXIII. In regard

Ecological structure and factor structure

1971
The neighbourhoods which comprise the residential fabric of the city and form the framework for analyses of the relationship between locality and behaviour differ on innumerable grounds. In terms of physical structure they differ in density and age of development, in geographical position, and in types of dwellings. More importantly, from a behavioural

Factor Structure of the Dogmatism Scale

Psychological Reports, 1971
The factor structure of the Dogmatism Scale was studied. In separate analyses for males ( N = 309) and females ( N = 526) 5 factors emerged. The factors were rotated orthogonally and obliquely, resulting in very similar loadings for both rotations. Since a single common factor did not emerge and since the correlations among the 5 factors were low, with
