Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This nationwide study evaluated KRAS and NRAS mutations in 10 754 Turkish patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. The results revealed a mutation frequency of 51.1%, with 46.6% having KRAS mutations, 4.5% having NRAS mutations, and 48.5% being wild‐type for both.

Factor VII Deficiency: A Rare Case Report [PDF]
Indian Journal of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, 2010 Factor VII deficiency is a rare congenital coagulopathy. Prolonged prothrombin time with normal partial thromboplastin time indicates factor VII deficiency. For the definitive diagnosis, the specific factor VII level should be investigated. We report a 20 day old, baby girl, born full-term who was admitted with the diagnosis of sepsis.

Clinical and Applied Thrombosis/Hemostasis, 2012 Congenital factor VII deficiency is the most common form of rare coagulation factor deficiencies. This article presents a retrospective evaluation of 73 factor VII deficiency cases that had been followed at our center. The study consisted of 48 males and 25 females (2 months-19 years). Thirty-one (42.5%) of them were asymptomatic.
