Abstract Background We extended our computerized Trail Making Test (c‐TMT) to investigate deficits in Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) compared to neurotypical controls. By integrating hand and eye tracking, we captured fine‐grained movement dynamics, revealing distinct trajectory alterations in MCI patients.
