In recent years, outbreaks of gouty goose disease in goslings caused by a novel goose astrovirus (nGAstV) have occurred across major poultry‐producing regions in Eastern China, with a mortality rate of approximately 50%. To date, there is a lack of rapid detection kits for early‐stage disease control to reduce economic losses.

The Cooling Effect of Oasis Reservoir‐Riparian Forest Systems in Arid Regions
Abstract In arid regions with limited water resources, numerous reservoirs have been built to support economic and social development. However, how the construction of reservoirs interacts with the surrounding ecosystem to affect temperature remains unclear. Spanning 2018 to 2022 in the Shiyang River Basin, we collected surface water and precipitation,

The highly virulent genotype fowl adenovirus 4 (FAdV-4), associated with severe hydropericardium hepatitis syndrome (HHS) in poultry from China, is characterized by a large deletion of 1966 bp (1966-del), including losses of ORF19 and ORF27. However, how

Io's Long‐Wavelength Topography as a Probe for a Subsurface Magma Ocean
Abstract We investigated how spatial variations in tidal heating affect Io's isostatic topography at long wavelengths. The long‐wavelength relief is less than the 0.3 km uncertainty in Io's global shape. Assuming Airy isostasy, degree‐2 topography <0.3 km amplitude is only possible if surface heat flux varies spatially by <19% of the mean value.
