新型防卡防气深抽泵的研制与试验

针对普通泵在深抽井存在的卡泵和气体影响泵效问题，研制了新型防卡防气深抽泵。该泵采用滑阀双筒结构，把滑阀阻挡的铁屑及其他杂物沉入双筒环形空间，起到防卡效果；游动阀采用强制开启机械阀，防止气体影响泵效。现场试验27井次，工艺一次性成功率100%，与常规泵相比，下该泵后单井平均检泵周期延长77 d，平均泵效提高6.7个百分点。试验效果表明，该泵结构设计合理，起到了防止卡泵及消除气体影响泵效的作用，具有广泛的应用前景。
