Properties on the Fan Product of M-matrices

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2023
Abstract In this study, the lower bound expressions of the smallest eigenvalue q(E ★ F) are derived using the row sums of two M-matrices and the maximum of the main diagonal elements. The obtained lower bounds improve the existing related conclusions.

Inequalities on the Fan Product of M-matrices

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2022
Abstract The research of M-matrix involving Fan product is an important topic of M-matrix theory research. Three inequalities on the minimum eigenvalue of Fan product are exhibited through the Perron eigenvectors of the M-matrices. The inequalities can be regarded as useful complements to existing research results.

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
