Versatile High‐Sensitivity EPR Using Superconducting Spiral Microresonators
A significant sensitivity enhancement in conventional X‐band pulsed EPR is achieved using planar spiral microresonators fabricated from high‐temperature superconducting YBCO. Fully compatible with standard instrumentation, the approach enables high‐fidelity spin control under typical sample conditions.

Fano effect in a ring-dot system with tunable coupling
Transport measurements are presented on a quantum ring that is tunnel-coupled to a quantum dot. When the dot is in the Coulomb blockade regime, but strongly coupled to the open ring, Fano line shapes are observed in the current through the ring, when the

Multiterminal High‐Voltage Direct Current Projects: A Comprehensive Assessment and Future Prospects
ABSTRACT Multiterminal high‐voltage direct current (MT‐HVDC) systems are an important part of modern power systems, addressing the need for bulk power delivery and efficient renewable energy integration. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of recent advances in MT‐HVDC technology, including launched projects and ongoing initiatives.

In this work, transport properties of the nonadiabatically pumped double-quantum-well (DQW) structure are studied. Different from a single quantum well, band mixing in the DQW generates bonding and antibonding states, whose wave functions have different ...

Fano resonance in concentric ring apertures
We demonstrate a polarization-independent mid-infrared Fano resonance with extraordinary transmission when light passes through two concentric metallic ring apertures. A high-Q dark mode is indirectly excitated by coupling with a low-Q bright mode. A coupled optical resonator model is used to analyze the coupling process between the bright and dark ...

Fano resonances in a three-terminal nanodevice
The electron transport through a quantum sphere with three one-dimensional wires attached to it is investigated. An explicit form for the transmission coefficient as a function of the electron energy is found from the first principles.

Thermoplasmonic Response of Non‐Noble Metal Core–Shell Nanostructures for Solar Energy Harvesting
The plasmonic properties of Non‐Noble metal@Fe2O3 shell under visible and near‐infrared spectrum were calculated to quantitatively assess the photothermal conversion capability. The plasmonic response intensity and shell thickness relationship were analysed, and the maximum photothermal conversion and plasmonic intensity were summarized.

STM conductance of Kondo impurities on open and structured surfaces
We study the scanning tunneling microscopy response for magnetic atoms on open and structured surfaces using Wilson's renormalization group. We observe Fano resonances associated with Kondo resonances and interference effects.

Control of Multiple Fano Resonances Based on a Subwavelength MIM Coupled Cavities System
In this paper, we investigate and analyze numerically and theoretically a coupled plasmonic resonant system by using finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method and multimode interference coupled-mode theory (MICMT), respectively.
