Transition metal oxy/carbo‐nitrides show great promise as catalysts for sustainable processes. A Mn‐Mo mixed‐metal oxynitride attains remarkable performance for the direct synthesis of acetonitrile, an important commodity chemical, via sequential C─N and C─C coupling from syngas (C1) and ammonia (N1) feedstocks.

Nd3-xBixFe4GaO12 (x = 2, 2.5) films on glass substrates prepared by MOD method
We studied Nd3-XBiXFe4GaO12 films to obtain perpendicular magnetic anisotropy as well as large Faraday effect. NdBi2Fe4GaO12 (Bi2:NIGG) and Nd0.5Bi2.5Fe4GaO12 (Bi2.5:NIGG) films were obtained on Nd2BiFe4GaO12 (Bi1:NIGG) layer prepared on glass substrates

Magnetic doping of the topological insulator Bi2Te3 with erbium adatoms induces out‐of‐plane magnetism and breaks time‐reversal symmetry, opening a Dirac gap and driving a Fermi surface transition from hexagonal to star‐of‐David geometry. Microscopy, spectroscopy, and magnetic dichroism reveal atomically controlled magnetic interactions that tailor the

Behavioral study of selected microorganisms in an aqueous electrohydrodynamic liquid bridge
An aqueous electrohydrodynamic (EHD) floating liquid bridge is a unique environment for studying the influence of protonic currents (mA cm−2) in strong DC electric fields (kV cm−1) on the behavior of microorganisms. It forms in between two beakers filled

Asymmetric transmission of light through a planar chiral metamaterial
We report that normal incidence transmission of circularly polarized light through lossy anisotropic planar chiral meta-material is asymmetric for opposite directions.

Manipulation of Giant Faraday Rotation in Graphene Metasurfaces
Faraday rotation is a fundamental magneto-optical phenomenon used in various optical control and magnetic field sensing techniques. Recently, it was shown that a giant Faraday rotation can be achieved in the low-THz regime by a single monoatomic graphene
