Fast Charging Station Placement with Elastic Demand
2018 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM), 2018The scarcity of efficient charging infrastructures has suppressed penetration rate of Electric Vehicles (EVs). This paper mainly focuses on the Fast Charging Station (FCS) placement problem, especially with the elastic demand. We first propose the distance preference and waiting time preference to capture the elastic EV charging demand.
