Three phosphatase families form a community: The phosphohydrolases that act upon inositol pyrophosphates

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

A Hierarchical Navigation Strategy of EV Fast Charging Based on Dynamic Scene

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
With the development of the EV industry, the growing demand for EV fast charging load has brought enormous impact on the power system. Due to the unbalance of charging time distribution and the high power of EV fast charging, the difference between peak ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Research on the fast charging of VRLA

open access: yesTELKOMNIKA Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering, 2012
VRLA can be the energy storing device of the HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle), photovoltaic system and so on. The most important factor that restricts the improvement of these fields is the service lifetime of the battery cannot reach the expectation. In the charging process, traditional charging method has serious polarization phenomenon.

The Creation of an Electron Pair by a Fast Charged Particle [PDF]

open access: yesProgress of Theoretical Physics, 1956
Using the Feynman-Dyson method, the cross section for the creation of an electron pair by a fast charged particle is calculated but in a manner more precise than that of Bhabha and others. The diiFerential cross section obtained here is valid as .long as the energies of participant particles are large ~ompared with the respective rest masses.

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Multi-mode collaborative optimization of electric vehicle charging load characteristics in tourist cities: An Anshun case study

open access: yesAIP Advances
This study developed an electricity consumption behavior model for electric vehicles during tourist and non-tourist seasons in Anhui based on the probability density algorithm. The daily load characteristics of three charging modes—regular charging, fast-

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.
