Unified Matrix Treatment of the Fast Walsh-Hadamard Transform
IEEE Transactions on Computers, 1976A unified matrix treatment is presented for the various orderings of the Walsh-Hadamard (WH) functions using a general framework. This approach clarifies the different definitions of the WH matrix, the various fast algorithms and the reorderings of the WH functions.

Fast computation of the discrete Walsh and Hadamard transforms
IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, 1998The discrete Walsh and Hadamard transforms are often used in image processing tasks such as image coding, pattern recognition, and sequency filtering. A new discrete Walsh transform (DWT) algorithm is derived in which a modified form of the DWT relation is decomposed into smaller-sized transforms using vectorized quantities.

Pipelined Architecture for a Radix-2 Fast Walsh–Hadamard–Fourier Transform Algorithm
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2015This brief proposes an efficient radix-2 single-path delay commutator (SDC) pipelined architecture to implement the fast Walsh–Hadamard–Fourier transform (FWFT) algorithm. The proposed architecture includes $(\log_{2}N-1)$ SDC stages, which are implemented by merged half-butterfly.

Proceedings of the IEEE, 1988
A microprocessor-based algorithm for the calculation of symmetrical components of a three-phase system is presented. The symmetrical component transformation is applied to the input waveform, and the harmonic content in the sequence components thus obtained is filtered out by using the fast Walsh-Hadamard transform.

Fast detection and segmentation of partial image blur based on discrete Walsh–Hadamard transform
Signal Processing: Image Communication, 2019Abstract Image signals can be blurred due to defocus or motion. Blur may be undesirable for image sensing, but may also contain useful information. Therefore, detecting the blurriness of each pixel and segmenting the partial blur regions in natural images are important and yet challenging in the field of machine vision.

A Novel ACO-OFDM System Based on Fast Walsh Hadamard Transform
2020 International Conference on Electrical, Communication, and Computer Engineering (ICECCE), 2020Visible Light Communication (VLC), an alternative to radio frequency (RF), was born as a promising technology. In VLC systems, orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) has received much attention due to its high data rate, simple equalization and robustness against inter symbol interference (ISI).

User authentication scheme based on Fast-Walsh Hadamard transform
2015 International Conference on Circuits, Power and Computing Technologies [ICCPCT-2015], 2015User authentication scheme in context of audio can be achieved by labeling the speech signal with key signal dependent physical features. The key features for the development of the label are identified by using the common classification schemes such as ANN, kNN and SVM.

A Novel Double Tree Complex Wavelet Transform OFDM Based on Fast Walsh Hadamard Transform
2020 International Conference on Electrical, Communication, and Computer Engineering (ICECCE), 2020In this paper, combining with the fast Walsh Hadamard transform (FWHT) to improve the performance of the double-tree complex wavelet transform (DTCWT) based OFDM technique developed to eliminate the disadvantages of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system is suggested.
