Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study presents a novel polyphenol‐nanozyme‐armored probiotic system (ECA@EcN) for enhanced treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). By integrating chitosan‐modified epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG‐CS) with gold nanozymes, the system effectively scavenges ROS, improves probiotic viability, and restores gut microbiota balance.
