Improvement of Flowability and Rehydration in Hetero‐Aggregates Produced by Binder‐Free Agglomeration in a Fluidized Bed

Binder‐free fluidized bed agglomeration of maltodextrins successfully produced free‐flowing hetero‐aggregates with enhanced rehydration, achieving instantaneous dissolution (less than 30 s) for the 1:1 mass ratio system, compared to 15 min for raw materials.
