Pediatric Dermatology, 1999Abstract: A 6‐week‐old boy was referred with a generalized bullous rash since birth. Examination revealed bullous mastocytosis with initially no evidence of systemic involvement. Fatal Outcome of Jugular Vein Cannulation
Southern Medical Journal, 1993We describe the case of a woman who had cannulation of the internal jugular vein for the placement of a hemodialysis catheter. The procedure was unsuccessful and resulted in a retropharyngeal hematoma, which in turn caused severe compression on a carotid artery that was already severely narrowed by atherosclerosis.

Fatal outcome in drug addiction
Acta Psychiatrica Scandinavica, 1988ABSTRACT— A sample of 524 young drug addicts consecutively treated at a special hospital ward has been followed by registers for an average of 10 years. A total of 62 were found to have died drug‐related deaths at an average age of 28 years; 19 of them had committed suicide. Representativeness of the sample is investigated.
