A weakly solvating fluorinated cosolvent (1200ET) enables precise solvation‐power regulation in Li–S batteries, decoupling interfacial stabilization from sulfur redox kinetics. This approach suppresses polysulfide dissolution while preserving reaction kinetics, leading to a stable Li metal interface and high‐energy multilayer pouch cells, revealing a ...

Father Absence and Its Effects on Daughters
As the divorce rate in the United States climbs to nearly 50 percent, fathers seem to be disappearing from their daughters' lives. Research shows that girls and young women who have an unstable father figure are more liable to unplanned pregnancy, low ...

We investigate the geometry‐governed optoelectronic anisotropy arising from dielectric confinement in quasi‐1D γ‐GaS nanoribbons with intrinsically isotropic atomic structures. Dielectric mismatch between the nanoribbon and its surroundings leads to a general polarization‐dependent photoresponse during near‐field scattering.

ABSTRACT Vascularization remains a major obstacle in tissue engineering. Here, we introduce a bioprinting strategy to generate centimeter‐scale, self‐organizing “mother vessel” constructs from iPSC‐derived hiMPCs. By optimizing bioink composition, printing was accomplished in a single‐step approach. Within one week, hiMPCs differentiated into both CD31+

Relationship of Father Absence to Masculinity and Popularity of Delinquent Boys
Absence of the true father from the home showed a significant relationship to peer rejection in a group of 34 delinquent boys. Neither the total group nor the father-absent subsample showed the excessive masculinity sometimes reported to accompany both ...

Early life adversity triggers persistent social subordination and brain‐wide molecular dysregulation. Pharmacological inhibition of the stress‐mediator FKBP51 during the adversity period prevents these long‐term deficits and restores normative social hierarchy.

Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor Acquires Immune Functions by Incorporating Host Maternal Genes
PSTT cells, through cell fusion with B cells, incorporate abundant non‐inherited maternal genes that are detectable by DNIMA. These hybrid cells acquire immunotherapy‐resistant genetic changes and increase the expression of B cell‐derived immune‐related molecules such as Ig, HLA, LILRB, SIGLEC10, and so on, creating an immunotolerant environment around

In the absence of Father: Theoretical and clinical perspectives
This paper was written as a tribute to the work of Roy Muir, psychoanalyst, child psychiatrist and former Medical Director of Ashburn Clinic in Dunedin. It discusses Roy's theoretical and clinical contribution to his profession through a consideration of his thinking about the role of the 'father' in the family triad and discusses the ...

ABSTRACT Despite the broad focus on necessity‐ and opportunity‐driven entrepreneurship in research and policy, the entrepreneurial dichotomy within the agribusiness context has not been adequately addressed. This study contributes to closing this knowledge gap by examining youth's perceptions of agribusiness through the lens of the push‐pull motivation
