ON THE LAW OF DISTRIBUTION OF THE RATE OF FATIGUE FRACTURE
The article discusses the correction of the law of development of fatigue cracks based on the application of the Fokker–Planck–Kolmogorov equation. The coefficient of variation of the fatigue crack propagation rate was chosen as the correction criterion. Its decrease brings the descriptions of the fatigue fracture process closer to engineering.
