An overview of protection and location techniques for generator stator ground faults

open access: yesZhejiang dianli
Stator ground protection and fault location are a critical component of generator protection. To enhance the capability for sensitive clearing and rapid location of stator ground faults, this paper summarizes recent research advances from two key aspects:

Mine-used cable fault location method considering transmission characteristics of pulse signal

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2019
In view of difficulty in fault location due to reflection interference of cable tap on pulse signal, transmission characteristics of pulse signal along cable were analyzed, that is, amplitude and pulse width of pulse signal changed linearly with the ...

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Fault Location Method for Active Distribution Networks Based on Holographic-Mapping of Time-Frequency Traveling Waves

open access: yesShanghai Jiaotong Daxue xuebao
Some existing fault location methods for distribution networks rely heavily on the local wave head information in the time or frequency domain, resulting in poor location robustness and difficulty in adapting to the increasingly prominent “dual-high ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Fault Location for Three Terminals Transmission Line

open access: yes
The main objective of line protection and monitoring terminals is fast, selective and reliable operating for faults on a protected line. Reliable information on the fault location greatly decreases the downtime of the protected lines and increases the ...

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic
