Two projects on equations over generalizations of hyperbolic groups
In this dissertation, we present the results of two projects, both related to equations over groups and each concerning a particular generalization of hyperbolic groups. Their abstracts are presented below.

Parallel wiring of bioelectrochemical devices with conventional generators unexpectedly boosts output. A biophotovoltaic paired with a solar cell delivers up to 50% more power at low loads than their separate contributions; a plant microbial fuel cell shows similar current gains.

Finite Shmidt's groups and their generalizations
Рассматриваются наиболее непосредственные обобщения конечных групп Шмидта — конечных ненильпотентных групп, все собственные подгруппы которых нильпотентны.

3D Printed Omniphobic Slippery Liquid Infused Porous Surfaces for Low Surface Tension Repellency
A 3D printing strategy fabricates omniphobic slippery liquid‐infused porous structures with lubricant reservoirs and interconnected microchannels. A post‐printing surface treatment modifies the porous surface to ensure compatibility with the infused fluorinated lubricant.

Generalizations Of Chebyshev's Inequality

Flexible silicon carbide (SiC) microelectrode arrays enable high‐fidelity, multichannel cell extracellular recording and precise localized ablation. SiC has been extensively evaluated to persist long‐term in chronic physiological conditions while remaining robust, with excellent electrical and electrochemical stability.

Grip and Grasp: Lizard Claw Inspired Robotic Manipulators
Our study identifies the most effective lizard claw shape for use as an end effector in a bioinspired robotic manipulator. By examining key geometric features and combining them into comparative indices, the Crotaphytus collaris claw is found to be the best fit.

Combinations of parabolically geometrically finite groups and their geometry
In this paper, we study the class of parabolically geometrically finite (PGF) subgroups of mapping class groups, introduced by Dowdall-Durham-Leininger-Sisto.

Malectin alleviates high glucose‐induced ER stress and damage in placental trophoblasts, a function dependent on its six critical carbohydrate‐binding residues. In a GDM mouse model, administration of TAT‐Malectin ameliorated hyperglycemia and placental ER stress and prevented fetal macrosomia.
