Fear of childbirth (FOC) affects many mothers. There is a need for brief digital psychological interventions. This study assesses the feasibility and acceptability of a two‐session online acceptance and commitment therapy intervention for FOC. The intervention was shown to be feasible and acceptable, with reduced FOC and anxiety scores.
