Investigating Coriander Leaf Phenolics With HPLC‐UV and Their Role in Modulating Nitrogen Metabolism

Coriander has the antibacterial, immune‐boosting, anti‐inflammatory, free radical scavenging, antilipidemic, and antiaging it significantly lower the prevalence of hyperuricemia. Coriander inhibits the xanthine oxidase enzyme because of the variable amount of quercetin that has the capacity to reduce uric acid in the body.
