A High Precision Digital Feed Forward Speed Control
Summary The described speed control was especially designed for multi motor drives. Nevertheless single motor drives can use the same principles. In its essential part the method allows to accomplish exact and in a wide range adjustable frequency ratios. To benefit best from the precision of the method synchro motors have to be applied with it. The

By integrating machine learning into flux‐regulated crystallization (FRC), accurate prediction of solvent evaporation rates in real time, improving crystallization control and reducing crystal growth variability by over threefold, is achieved. This enhances the reproducibility and quality of perovskite single crystals, leading to reproducible ...

Machining strategy development in 5-axis milling operations using process models [PDF]
Increased productivity and part quality can be achieved by selecting machining strategies and conditions properly. At one extreme very high speed and feed rate with small depth of cut can be used for high productivity whereas deep cuts accompanied with ...

Biomimetic Iridescent Skin: Robust Prototissues Spontaneously Assembled from Photonic Protocells
Uniform nanoparticles are induced to form arrays (photonic crystals) in the cores of biopolymer capsules, endowing these ‘protocells’ with structural color. These protocells are then assembled into large self‐standing objects, i.e., prototissues, with robust mechanical properties as well as iridescent optical properties.

Effect of Feeding Rate and Speed on The Productivity of Corn Sheller
The effect of feed rate and rotation speed on the productivity of corn shellers was studied in the laboratory of the Hawija Faculty of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk. Two feed rates (1.2 and 2.0 kg) and three rotation speeds (1500, 1700, and 2000 rpm)

Reevaluating the Activity of ZIF‐8 Based FeNCs for Electrochemical Ammonia Production
Though receiving much attention, the field of electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction (eNRR) to ammonia is marked by doubts about whether this reaction is possible in aqueous media. This work sheds light on this question for iron single‐atom on N‐doped carbon (FeNC) catalysts—a class of well‐known catalysts that is also worth testing for the sister

A miniaturized mechano‐acoustic sensor is developed using an electrospun PVDF nanomesh as the diaphragm in a capacitive sensor structure. Unlike conventional nanomesh‐based sensors, it achieves high linear sensitivity, a broad and flat frequency response, and a compact form factor.
