Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Stabilizing a nonlinear system by using feedback control [PDF]
This dissertation considers how to stabilize a nonlinear system by using feedback control. To stabilize a nonlinear system, we first need to find the unstable steady state.

On feedback stabilization of nonlinear discrete-time state-delayed systems
In this paper, we consider the problem of feedback stabilization of discrete-time systems with delays. The systems under consideration are nonlinear and nonaffine.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Feedback control of unsupported standing in paraplegia. Part I: optimal control approach [PDF]
This is the first of a pair of papers which describe an investigation into the feasibility of providing artificial balance to paraplegics using electrical stimulation of the paralyzed muscles. By bracing the body above the shanks, only stimulation of the

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Adaptive control for double-integrator class systems in the absence of velocity feedback
textThis work considers formulation of new classes of adaptive controllers for double-integrator type systems where the underlying system parameters are uncertain and the complete state-vector is not available for feedback.

A design approach for feedback-feedforward control systems
In this paper, a general design approach is proposed to derive the feedforward control law in feedback-feedforward control systems. This design approach is based on the concept of `control equilibrium point'.
