Atomic Layer Deposition Processes: Versatile Platforms for Engineering ZnO‐Chitosan Biointerfaces

Vapour phase metalation (VPM), multiplied pulsed vapour phase infiltration (MPI), and O2 plasma‑enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) tailor Zn–chitosan (Zn‑CS) films. PEALD improves wettability and biocompatibility. MPI enhances semiconductor behavior. Antiseptic selectivity: VPM → E. coli; MPI → H. pylori.

Microsphere‐Templated Conductive Syntactic Foams for Recyclable and Additively Manufactured Soft Electronics

This work introduces a microsphere‐templated strategy to fabricate reprocessable PEDOT:PSS syntactic foams with tunable porosity, stable conductivity, and 3D printability. In situ PEDOT:PSS coatings create a conductive network that maintains electrical performance at high void fractions.

Novel operational algorithms for ride-pooling as on-demand feeder services

Ride-pooling (RP) service, as a form of shared mobility, enables multiple riders with similar itineraries to share the same vehicle and split the fee. This makes RP a promising on-demand feeder service for patrons with a common trip end in urban transportation.

Nocturnal Intraocular Pressure Monitoring With a Soft Contact Lens Sensor for Glaucoma Management

A soft contact lens sensor enables continuous, noninvasive monitoring of nocturnal intraocular pressure (IOP) under closed‐eye sleep conditions. By integrating a highly compliant inductive–capacitive circuit onto a commercial lens, the device achieves record sensitivity and stable performance.
