Mucin‐Inspired Filamentous Sulfated Copolymers Effectively Inhibit Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus (hRSV) Infectivity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Virucidal polymers serve as effective antivirals by not only inhibiting viruses but also destroying them. Inspired by the chemical properties of mucin‐mimetics, dendronized polyglycerol‐sulfated, mucin‐inspired amphiphilic copolymers (MIACPs) have been developed.

Label‐Free Leukocyte Biophysical Profiling Using Impedance‐Deformability Cytometry for Rapid Cardiovascular Risk Stratification

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an impedance‐based single‐cell profiling platform that quantifies the electrical and mechanical properties of neutrophils across in vitro, in vivo, and clinical samples. The approach reveals distinct biophysical alterations associated with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and cardiovascular complications, suggesting its potential utility for ...

Visualizing Strain‐Coupled Cryogenic Phase Transitions and Defect Dynamics in Perovskite Quantum Dots Using In Situ STEM

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cryogenic cooling induces an orthorhombic‐to‐monoclinic phase transition in CsPbBr3 quantum dots, accompanied by pronounced strain localization at surfaces and interfaces. Multimodal in situ STEM directly visualize reversible defect healing during moderate cryogenic treatment and irreversible degradation upon prolonged exposure, revealing the intrinsic

Nanosized Li2S‐Loaded Polar Porous Carbon Nanofibers as Self‐Supporting Electrodes in Anode‐Free Lithium–Sulfur Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Anode‐free Li–S cells are realized by coupling nano‐Li2S embedded in P‐doped porous carbon nanofibers (Li2S@P‐CNFs) with lithium‐free P‐CNF current collectors. Polar P‐CNFs accelerate Li2S conversion and suppress shuttling, while their lithiophilic, macroporous network homogenizes Li plating for dendrite‐free deposits.
