Abstract The fibular collateral ligament, the popliteo‐fibular ligament and the popliteus tendon are the 3 main elements of the posterolateral corner (PLC), which is regularly injured in case of multiligament knee injuries. PLC reconstruction is recommended over repair in a large most situations, including acute cases.
