RvD5 effectively alleviates UC by inhibiting STAT1 signaling to reduce CXCL8 expression in colonic epithelial cells via activation of GPR101, which subsequently decreases the infiltration of neutrophils in the colonic mucosal epithelium. Epimedin A1, a natural allosteric inhibitor of 5‐LOX, demonstrates potential as a therapeutic agent for UC by ...

cDC1 Subtype‐Specific In Vivo Targeting of Liposomes
Dendritic cells, particularly the cDC1 subtype, offer a promising target for drug delivery via liposomes due to their pivotal role in immune regulation, allowing for amplified therapeutic responses. Herein, we show an integration of physicochemical characterization and cell experiments to achieve effective in vivo cDC1 targeting through anti‐CLEC9A ...

Duplication unilateral femoral vein
Background: The purpose of this paper is to describe a case of duplication of unilateral femoral vein, with a complete extension of duplicated veins with similar diameters which is an uncommon condition, noticed in fewer than 10% of lower limb. The venous anatomy is highly variable, only 1/6 patients are exempt of these anomalies.

SLC2A3 derived lactate promotes metastasis through p53 lactylation at K120 and osteoclast differentiation. Pharmacological inhibition of SLC2A3 upregulates PD‐1 expression on CD8+ T cells via lactate induced p53 lactylation, which modulates immune evasion. ABSTRACT Bone metastasis is a devastating consequence of lung cancer.

This study presents an ultrasound‐responsive hydrogel (MCF@CA) that co‐delivers a neuropeptide (CGRP) and a ROS‐scavenging manganese porphyrin to diabetic wounds. The system restores neuro‐immune communication, reprograms macrophages toward an anti‐inflammatory phenotype, and clears excess ROS, thereby accelerating wound closure and promoting mature ...

Femoral vein intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia
We present a case report of a 55-year-old woman who had a femoral vein intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia that required excision of the mass and subsequent repair of the right femoral vein using her right anterior accessory saphenous vein ...

A schematic diagram of the mechanism where small extracellular vesicles mediate the enhancement of heterotopic wound healing by radial extracorporeal shockwave stimulation at a proximal tibial osteotomy site. ABSTRACT Wound healing represents a complex biological process necessitating innovative therapeutic approaches, particularly for chronic wounds ...
