The pholidota‐inspired electronic skin is successfully constructed, originally realized four‐state reversible switching of terahertz‐wave reflection, absorption, transmission, and secondary reflection. In response to external demands, it issues deformation instructions, verifies the deformation state after the equipment executes the action, and thus ...

Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...

Mild Focal Cooling Decouples Dendrites to Reconfigure Cortical Output
Mild cooling of the cortical surface selectively modulates apical dendritic excitability, plasticity, and somato‐dendritic coupling, while uncoupling these effects from basal dendrites, and reshapes apical‐driven responses in barrel cortex during whisker touch.

Energy‐Resolved Femtosecond Dynamics of Plasmon‐Induced Hole Injection at Au/GaN Heterointerfaces
We reveal the spectral signature of ultrafast nonthermal hot‐hole transfer at plasmonic heterointerfaces, which reshapes hot‐carrier relaxation dynamics and significantly enhances hydrogen evolution, providing a mechanistic basis for optimizing hot‐carrier utilization in photocatalysis.

The puzzle of longitudinal electric field interaction with transparent media
Cylindrically polarized beams produced by femtosecond laser written S-waveplate are used to modify amorphous silicon films. Paradoxically, no crystallization is observed in the maximum of longitudinal electric field despite the strongest light ...

In this work, we propose a CMP method for InP using NH4PF₆, which hydrolyzes under In3+ catalysis to form reactive species. These convert InP into low‐binding‐energy fluorides, facilitating removal and dissolution. The process delivers high material removal rates, smooth surfaces, and fluorine passivation that lowers defect density and improves ...

Dimensions and cost prediction modelling of Nd:YVO₄laser internal micro-channel fabrication in PMMA [PDF]
This paper presents the employment of Design of Experiments (DoE) as the prediction tool for the laser micro-machining process. Laser internal micro-channels machined using pulsed Nd:YVO4 laser in PMMA were studied.
