Arrayed Magnetic Accelerator Synergistically Enhances Orthodontic Tooth Movement via Microtubule Assembly‐Mediated Periodontal Remodeling

Mechanical orthodontic treatment for malocclusion is limited by slow remodeling and risks due to poor biomechanical sensing. This study shows that static magnetic fields (SMFs) enhance mechanical sensation in periodontal ligament cells, promoting inflammation and osteoclast activity.

We report on a patient with Marfan syndrome who presented a Stanford type B dissection of the descending thoracic aorta in late pregnancy. After a cesarean section, the patient presented a severe obstruction of the mesenteric superior artery.

Lagomorph cranial biomechanics and the functional significance of the unique fenestrated rostrum of leporids

Abstract The crania of leporid lagomorphs are uniquely fenestrated, including the posterior cranial bones and the lateral portion of the maxilla. Description of large, well‐preserved Enchodus specimens from the Bearpaw Formation of Alberta, Canada

Abstract Fishes of the genus Enchodus were abundant and cosmopolitan in the Late Cretaceous, but are primarily known from isolated remains in Canada. Four well‐preserved fish skulls were recovered in recent years from ammolite mines sampling the Bearpaw Formation of Southern Alberta, and are here referred to Enchodus petrosus Cope, 1874.
