Substrate‐Controlled Response Coefficients in Thin Films
Many material‐specific coefficients, which relate external stimuli and functional responses, are constants governed by atomic vibrations. This work demonstrates the concept of controlling such response coefficients by deformations, or strain, through strain‐induced changes in atomic vibrations.

Achieving Temperature‐Insensitive High Piezoelectricity by Reentrant Relaxor Transition
Although precision sensors and actuators demand piezoelectric materials with temperature‐insensitive high piezoelectricity, achieving such a property is challenging. This paper reports that reentrant relaxor transitions can break the trade‐off between high piezoelectricity and temperature insensitivity. High piezoelectricity (350 pC N−1) is achieved in

Here, the zirconium‐rich layer (Zr‐RL) strategy is developed in terms of ferroelectric (FE) properties, microstructure, switching kinetics, and reliability. Compared to the FE capacitor with conventional HZO film, the sub‐6 nm HZO/Zr‐RL/HZO stack exhibits a significantly low annealing temperature, an ultra‐low Vop, and an excellent ferroelectricity ...

Chemically‐Disordered Transparent Conductive Perovskites With High Crystalline Fidelity
Kinetically arrested, chemically disordered perovskite thin films exhibit exquisite crystalline fidelity, broad IR–UV transparency, and low resistivity, despite incorporating five mismatched 3d–5d cations, including Cr and W. This study unites electronic correlation, cation diversity, valence complexity, and disorder—enabling new transparent conductors
