Observation of the Impact of Dislocations on Atomic Polarization and Domain Structures in BaTiO3
Dislocations in ferroelectric BaTiO3 are investigated using in situ electric field TEM, solid‐state NMR, and synchrotron X‐ray diffraction. The study shows that dislocations modulate local atomic polarization and influence domain evolution by acting as nucleation sites and pinning centers for domain walls.

We introduce a novel lithography‐free method that combines PDMS‐based surface wrinkling with subsequent PVDF imprinting to produce ultrasensitive patterned surfaces. The controlled wrinkle periodicity enhances triboelectric nanogenerator efficiency and tactile sensitivity, achieving scalability and cost‐effectiveness of the fabrication.

Dual‐Functional High‐Entropy Polymer Exhibiting Giant Cross‐Energy Couplings at Low Fields
Multifunctional ferroelectric polymer exhibits simultaneously giant electrocaloric entropy changes (100 J kg−1 K−1) and electroactuation (4.3%) effects. By introducing double bonds to tune the compositions near a critical endpoint of the normal ferroelectric phase, the energy barriers between the nonpolar and polar phases nearly vanish.
