Advanced Time Series Data Processing Using Various Memristor‐Integrated Devices
Memristor‐based temporal kernels (TKs) offer compact, energy‐efficient solutions for real‐time time‐series processing in edge devices. This perspective outlines key TK architectures, compares them with conventional reservoir computing, and highlights their application in tasks such as health monitoring, authentication, and anomaly detection ...

Large Electrogyration Effect in Ferroaxial NiTiO3 at Near Infrared Wavelengths
A large electrogyration effect (electric field‐induced optical rotation) is observed in a ferroaxial crystal NiTiO3 at near infrared wavelengths. The Ni2+ d‐d transitions, featuring strong magnetic dipole character, play an important role in producing the pronounced effect.

A novel scheme is introduced to achieve optical self‐tuning in ferroelectric lithium niobate (LN) metasurfaces equipped with a thin film of liquid crystals (LCs). The resonant optical field distributions inside the meta‐atoms can induce a photovoltaic (PV) field, which reorients the surrounding LCs.

The potential of pyroelectricity for controlling electron doping in monolayer MoS2 on periodically poled LiNbO3 substrates is demonstrated. Pyroelectric charges are shown to convert p‐n into n‐p homojunctions formed in MoS2 on domain walls. The variation in the MoS2 electron density from 300 to 10 K is consistent with the change in the spontaneous ...
