Children with prenatal alcohol exposure (PAE) exhibit early alterations in their microvasculature. Using nailfold capillaroscopy, a noninvasive imaging technique, we compared nailfold capillary morphology in 27 children with PAE and 10 unexposed peers (3–17 years).
