Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy, 2009
Antenatal stenosis or closure of the ductus arteriosus unrelated to either congenital heart defects or prostaglandin inhibitors is considered to be uncommon, but may result in congestive heart failure, hydrops fetalis, and perinatal death. We report a case of idiopathic ductal stenosis detected prenatally by two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography

Amiodarone given by three routes to terminate fetal atrial flutter associated with severe hydrops
International Journal of Gynecology & Obstetrics, 1993We describe the concurrent administration of amiodarone using three different routes in order to provide: 1) rapid and adequate fetal loading without giving unduly high doses to the mother, and 2) a maintenance dose to the fetus without risking repeated invasive procedures.Rapid atrial flutter was seen on ultrasound in a fetus with severe hydrops at 27

Fetal supraventricular tachycardia: a case of (intermittent) atrial flutter.
Journal of the National Medical Association, 1984Fetal tachycardia of "supraventricular" origin is uncommon. The authors present a patient with fetal ascites and atrial flutter. A review of the pertinent literature is included.

[Fetal atrial flutter in complete atrioventricular canal and trisomy 18].
Geburtshilfe und Frauenheilkunde, 1988Fetal supraventricular tachyarrhythmias are very rarely associated with congenital heart diseases. Usually a circus movement (= reentry), often associated with a preexcitation, and occasionally an atrial ectopic focus are suggested as the pathophysiologic mechanisms of supraventricular tachyarrhythmias.

Successful conversion of fetal atrial flutter with digoxin: report of one case.
Zhonghua Minguo xiao er ke yi xue hui za zhi [Journal]. Zhonghua Minguo xiao er ke yi xue hui, 1994A fetus suffering from tachycardia of more than 200 beats per minute was found to have an atrial flutter with two-to-one atrioventricular conductional block by the fetal ultrasonogram at 33 weeks of gestation. The tachycardia was successfully converted to sinus rhythm with maternal digitalization.

Fetal atrial flutter and X-linked dominant vitamin D-resistant rickets.
Obstetrics and gynecology, 1985A pregnancy, complicated by hypophosphatemic familial rickets (vitamin D-resistant rickets) of a female fetus, associated with atrial flutter and congestive heart failure is presented. Upon review of the literature, only 22 cases of fetal atrial flutter have been reported. The association between hypophosphatemic familial rickets and atrial flutter has
