The Role of Machine Learning in Congenital Heart Disease Diagnosis: Datasets, Algorithms, and Insights [PDF]
Congenital heart disease is among the most common fetal abnormalities and birth defects. Despite identifying numerous risk factors influencing its onset, a comprehensive understanding of its genesis and management across diverse populations remains limited.

ICP34.5 is one of the most important antihost response proteins. The saRNA‐encoding HSV‐1 neurovirulence protein ICP34.5 clearly mediated the eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha subunit (eIF2α) dephosphorylation and significant suppression of innate immune responses in vitro, leading to enhanced expression of the saRNA‐encoded gene.

Two biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease, amyloid β‐peptide (Aβ) and tau, induce the transformation of U‐251 and other glioblastoma cell lines into neurotoxic A1‐like reactive astrocytes. This transformation is produced by cytokines and is followed by upregulation of PMCA activity and isoform expression, and is closely associated with inflammation, as ...

In human monocytic cells THP‐1, a limited uptake of native—not oxidized—LDL/VLDL induced expression of scavenger receptor A and cellular adhesion. Induction was inhibited by lysosomotropic (WR‐1065) and lipophilic (BHT) antioxidants and by siRNAs against ferritinophagy.

FetalDiffusion: Pose-Controllable 3D Fetal MRI Synthesis with Conditional Diffusion Model [PDF]
The quality of fetal MRI is significantly affected by unpredictable and substantial fetal motion, leading to the introduction of artifacts even when fast acquisition sequences are employed. The development of 3D real-time fetal pose estimation approaches on volumetric EPI fetal MRI opens up a promising avenue for fetal motion monitoring and prediction.
