Membranous dysmenorrhea and decidual casts: A scoping review

Abstract Background Membranous dysmenorrhea, characterized by the expulsion of intact endometrial tissue rather than gradual dissolution during menstruation, occasionally presents as a decidual cast—a complete triangular mold of the uterine cavity.
