This study identifies α‐Hederin as a potent dual JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor that blocks STAT3 activation in ovarian cancer. By disrupting STAT3‐driven transcriptional programs, α‐Hederin suppresses tumor proliferation, invasion, and EMT, while enhancing cisplatin efficacy and overcoming chemoresistance.

The authors find that by targeting intratumoral copper, they can enhance p62‐mediated ubiquitination of EZH2 at the Ub‐K63 site by suppressing copper binding to SMURF2, an E3 ligase of EZH2, leading to its autophagic degradation. This mechanism suppressed OSCC progression and potentiated anti‐PD‐1 immunotherapy, highlighting a potential new therapeutic

Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) remains a major challenge in breast cancer management as it lacks effective therapeutic targets. This study uncovers that MYC/TET3‐regulated mitochondrial inner‐membrane protein TMEM65 promotes TNBC progression and cisplatin resistance by activating the OXPHOS‐SERPINB3 pathway and reveals TMEM65 as a potential ...

IPA is an intestinal tryptophan metabolite whose effects decline with decreased heart function. Supplementing IPA can alleviate the aging‐related myocardial fibrosis through PPT1. PPT1 is a key protein localized to lysosomes, and IPA can restore macrophage autophagy function by regulating PPT1 expresssions, thereby reducing aging‐related myocardial ...

Oxygen‐releasing immunomodulatory microspheres are used to construct conformal bone organoid units that enhance osteogenesis, angiogenesis, and immune regulation. By integrating BMSCs, macrophages, and CaO₂‐HAp into a SilMA‐based hydrogel platform, this strategy provides sustained oxygen supply and anti‐inflammatory microenvironments, leading to ...

Fetal heart rate (FHR) monitoring is important because it provides basic patterns that can be correlated to the acid–base status, circulatory volume, and oxygenation status of the fetus through brainstem detection and subsequent cardiac response. It has numerous during the antepartum and intrapartum stages [1].

Fetal heart rate during maternal sleep.
Developmental Psychobiology, 2021Despite prolonged and cumulative exposure during gestation, little is known about the fetal response to maternal sleep. Eighty-four pregnant women with obesity (based on pre-pregnancy BMI) participated in laboratory-based polysomnography (PSG) with ...
