DIAGNOSTIC CONFIRMATION OF THE EVALUATION OF THE TRACING OF ELECTRONIC FETAL MONITORING BASED ON PROBABILITY AND THE S/k RATIO OF ENTROPY

open access: yesMomento, 2018
The correct interpretation of the layout of fetal monitoring is a challenge for current clinical; recently a diagnostic methodology based on the theories of probability and entropy, which managed to assess in an objective and reproducible way the layout ...

Iron‐dependent lysosomal LDL oxidation induces the expression of scavenger receptor A in human THP‐1 monocytes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In human monocytic cells THP‐1, a limited uptake of native—not oxidized—LDL/VLDL induced expression of scavenger receptor A and cellular adhesion. Induction was inhibited by lysosomotropic (WR‐1065) and lipophilic (BHT) antioxidants and by siRNAs against ferritinophagy.

Knockout of the mitoribosome rescue factors Ict1 or Mtrfr is viable in zebrafish but not mice: compensatory mechanisms underlying each factor's loss

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mitochondria contain two mitoribosome rescue factors, ICT1 and MTRFR (C12orf65). ICT1 also functions as a mitoribosomal protein in mice and humans, and its loss is lethal. Although Mtrfr knockout mice could not be generated, knockout zebrafish lines for ict1 and mtrfr were established.

A Fetal ECG Monitoring System Based on the Android Smartphone

open access: yesSensors, 2019
In this paper, a fetal electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring system based on the Android smartphone was proposed. We designed a portable low-power fetal ECG collector, which collected maternal abdominal ECG signals in real time.

A Comparative Analysis of Fetal Phonocardiograph Acoustical Performance [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá komparatívnou analýzou elementárnych častí fetálneho fonokardiografu pomocou časovo-frekvenčnej analýzy fetálneho fonokardiografického signálu (fFKG).
