Soft Neural Interfaces for Circuit‐Level Analysis of Magnetogenetic Deep Brain Stimulation in Parkinson's Disease Models

ABSTRACT Magnetogenetic deep brain stimulation (MG‐DBS) represents a wireless neuromodulation that has demonstrated long‐lasting behavioral benefits in Parkinson's disease models. However, the circuit‐level mechanisms underlying these therapeutic effects have remained uncharacterized due to limitations of conventional neural interfaces.

Thermo‐Fluorescent Bactericidal Quantum Dots Based Smart Multifunctional Textiles via Molecular Surface Engineering and 3D‐Printed Interlocked Architectures

A versatile approach is presented for fabricating smart multifunctional textiles by integrating thermo‐fluorescent carbon dot/polymer nanocomposite coatings with 3D‐printed interlocked architectures. The fabrics exhibit temperature‐responsive fluorescence, durable hydrophobicity, strong antibacterial and antioxidant activity, and enhanced UV protection.

Packed for Ossification: High‐Density Bioprinting of hPDC Spheroids in HAMA Toward Endochondral Ossification

Human periosteum‐derived cell spheroids bioprinted at high density within a hyaluronic acid matrix promote fusion and hypertrophic cartilage formation in vitro. Early encapsulation enhances spheroid interaction and matrix maturation, generating scalable cartilage templates intended for endochondral bone regeneration.

Enhanced Endoscopic Internal Drainage of Gastric Abscess Through Additively Manufactured Stents

Postoperative gastric leaks are often treated with off‐label biliary double‐pigtail stents, yet conventional extruded designs are not optimized for leak anatomy, can migrate, and may limit abscess evacuation. PETALS is introduced to optimize transmural drainage geometry and enable patient‐specific 3D‐printable stents.
