Stochastic nanoscale physical cues induce glioblastoma (GBM)‐associated transcriptional traits in naïve astrocytes leading to spontaneous formation of spheroids. Cells within spheroids express activated‐MMP2 and a differential gene expression pattern involving P53 and NOTCH3, providing evidence for a role for changes in brain topography, as observed in

Factors influencing fiber digestibility in dairy cows
Fiber digestibility (FD) is a main topic on dairy cows rationing. Main effects on FD could be attributed to pH as well as other aspects. The objective of this study was to investigate in high producing cows, the factors that could have a major impact on total-tract fiber digestibility (TTD).

This study revealed how the osteoblastic microenvironment determines the fate of cancer cells disseminated in bone, with a focus on whether they colonize, reside in quiescence, or reactivate from dormancy. Targeting integrin signaling may offer promising strategies for preventing quiescent cancer cells reactivation and bone colonization.

Promoting Treg Polarization‐Mediated Anti‐Scar and Appendage Regeneration in Wound Healing
This study develops a PLGA@LA‐BMP4‐PG bilayer scaffold to address scar formation and appendage loss in skin repair. The piezoelectric PLA layer enhances cell migration via electric fields, while GelMA delivers LA promoting Tregs polarization and BMP4 inhibiting FBs differentiation.

The study shows that noncardiac surgical inflammation rapidly disrupts HDL function and cholesterol efflux in mice and human patients. Impaired reverse cholesterol transport after surgery drives rapid lipid accumulation, NETosis, and apoptosis within atherosclerotic plaques.

INTAKE AND APPARENT DIGESTIBILITY OF Andropogon gayanus HAY AT THREE DIFFERENT AGES
The aim of this study was to evaluate the voluntary intake and apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, fiber fractions, energy, and the nitrogen balance of Andropogon gayanus hay at three different stages (56, 84 and 112 days).

XIAP Stabilizes DDRGK1 to Promote ER‐Phagy and Protects Against Noise‐Induced Hearing Loss
Mechanism of GAS‐mediated protection against noise‐induced hearing loss (NIHL). Noise exposure activates the ATF4/eIF2α axis, downregulating XIAP and promoting DDRGK1 degradation, thereby inhibiting ER‐phagy and leading to hair cell (HC) death. GAS treatment rescues XIAP and DDRGK1 expression, reactivating ER‐phagy to mitigate HC loss, synaptic damage,

Versatile CRISPR‐Cas Tools for Gene Regulation in Zebrafish via an Enhanced Q Binary System
This study introduces CRISPR‐Q, a transgenic CRISPR‐Cas system leveraging the QFvpr/QUAS binary expression platform in zebrafish. CRISPR‐Q overcomes previous challenges in achieving stable and efficient gene regulation. By enabling precise spatiotemporal control of transcript knockdown (CRISPR‐QKD) and gene activation (CRISPR‐Qa), it provides a ...
