PURPOSE: to quantitatively analyze the immunoreaction of monoclonal antibody Ki-67 in the mammary epithelium adjacent to fibroadenoma of premenopausal women treated with tamoxifen, for 50 days, at doses of 5, 10 and 20 mg/day.

Our hybrid SwinTConvNeXt‐LDGF model shows great potential to support pathologists in the real‐world classification of breast cancer subtypes. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of combining the Swin Transformer and ConvNeXt backbones within a unified, learnable dynamic training framework.

This study demonstrates our time‐resolved fluorescence and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy system can classify breast tumor in heterogeneous tissue. It achieved sensitivity and specificity comparable to other techniques and highlights the effect of heterogeneous measurements on performance.
