Journal of Clinical Ultrasound, EarlyView.Ultrasound may aid in the preoperative diagnosis of torsed pedunculated subserosal uterine leiomyomas (TPSUL), a rare but urgent condition. This study identifies consistent sonographic features across 42 cases, supporting ultrasound as a valuable diagnostic tool and highlighting the need for standardization in TPSUL imaging.
