Giant Postauricular Fibrolipoma
Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, 2011Fibrolipoma belongs to the benign tumor variant of lipoma characterized by the presence of adipose tissue and large volume of fibrous tissue. Our patient who was a 50-year-old mother of 2 children presented with a recurrent pedunculated large lump from right postauricular region of 13 years' duration.

A 47-year-old woman presented with a growing mass on the lateral rim of orbit. Orbital CT revealed a well-circumscribed soft tissue mass in the right lateral orbit, with focal hyperostosis of the adjacent zygomatic bone. MRI showed a lesion of mixed T1-signal intensity, which became hypointense after fat suppression.

Neural fibrolipoma: an unusual case
The Journal of Laryngology & Otology, 2000A 45-year-old gentleman presented with a diffuse left neck mass. Surgical exploration revealed a large lipomatous lesion. Histological examination identified this to be a neural fibrolipoma. This is the first reported case of this lesion in the neck.
