Fibrolipoma of the Orbit

A 47-year-old woman presented with a growing mass on the lateral rim of orbit. Orbital CT revealed a well-circumscribed soft tissue mass in the right lateral orbit, with focal hyperostosis of the adjacent zygomatic bone. MRI showed a lesion of mixed T1-signal intensity, which became hypointense after fat suppression.

Neural fibrolipoma: an unusual case

A 45-year-old gentleman presented with a diffuse left neck mass. Surgical exploration revealed a large lipomatous lesion. Histological examination identified this to be a neural fibrolipoma. This is the first reported case of this lesion in the neck.

Congenital fibrolipoma of anal canal

Although rare, congenital lipomatosis presents during first few months of life as large sub-cutaneous fatty masses on chest with extension into skeletal muscle bundles.
